Ning 2 WordPress
Just for the record, migrating content and member accounts from Ning to WordPress/BuddyPress is not that easy. Two attempts and still have less than anticipated results. It’s not that the membership features on BuddyPress are not capable, but that the data export/data import methods are sparsely documented.

Adventures in building a membership site
It shouldn’t be a secret that SMBMSP is building a new website, and I thought it might be interesting to capture a few fun items along the way. Well, fun or not a big portion of a membership site is accommodating the members. Logical, right? Simple? No.
