Digital Brand Manager at Mall of America
Lisa has a strong back­ground in the inter­sec­tion of public rela­tions and emerg­ing tech­nol­ogy and how the two work in unison to estab­lish brand voice and mutu­ally ben­e­fi­cial busi­ness rela­tion­ships. As dig­i­tal brand man­ager for Mall of America, Lisa’s time is devoted to devel­op­ing dig­i­tal strat­egy with a focus on the inte­gra­tion of earned, owned and paid media. Grimm also cre­ated and imple­ments social media strategy, serves as com­mu­nity man­ager and is respon­si­ble for con­tent strat­egy on the MOA Blog. Grimm holds a bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University and is an active member and vol­un­teer of PRSA (Public Relations Society of America).

Meg Knodl (@DotMeg)
Senior Librarian at Hennepin County Library Communications and Community Engagement
Meg has been doing community management work since 2007. She was named a 2011 Library Journal Mover and Shaker for her work with Social Media. Meg is also beginning a 6 month mobility assignment spending Wednesdays with Hennepin County Public Affairs to build community management, interactive marketing, and social media efforts.

Mykl is SMBMSP's Director, designer of things, and a complusive community organizer. He designs engag­ing web expe­ri­ences and speaks about social media, WordPress and typography. He co-founded and coordinates the activities of Ignite Minneapolis and UnSummit, and runs the local chapter of TechKaraoke Minneapolis. He has a special passion for the social web and its power to educate and inspire.
